Returns & Refunds

1. Single Item Return:

[Name] will accept the return of 1 unworn clothing item with no questions asked and provide you with free return shipping.

To return your item, please ensure it includes:

  • Return Merchant Authorization # (issued by [Name] within 24 hours of return request)
  • Tags still attached to the item
  • Clear packaging with SKU label

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. For split package orders, the return period starts from the date you receive the final package.

To request your free return:

  • Submit your return request via email at [Email], including the reason for your return.
  • [Name] will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed return instructions.
  • After receiving your item at our warehouse, an inspection will be made for quality, tags, and Return Merchant Authorization number.
  • Please allow [Name] 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and should appear within 2-3 business days. Times may vary depending on each financial institution.


2. Multiple Items Return:

For returning multiple items, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to each item. However, you will still receive a free return shipping label.

To request a return for multiple items:

  • Submit your return request via email at [Email], including the reason for your return.
  • [Name] will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed return instructions.
  • After receiving your items at our warehouse, an inspection will be made for quality, tags, and Return Merchant Authorization number.

3. Amazon Purchases:

If you purchased your clothing through Amazon, please file your return request through your Amazon account. You will then receive your Merchant Return Authorization number along with return instructions.


4. Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges at this time. However, we suggest you return your item and place a new order. This will not cost you anything as long as the original item is returned in its original state with tags still attached. Your refund for the original order will be expedited once we receive your return.


5. Swimwear, Bodysuits & Intimates:

All swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates are final sale. If you received a damaged item, please submit pictures of the damage along with your return request via email at [Email].
